Charleston Jam on the Water Concert Series

This amazing music and brews cruise series is sponsored by Charleston Harbor Tours, Sweetwater Brewing Company, and Follywood Productions. Take in the sights of the beautiful Charleston harbor while listening to great local bands and checking out art from local vendors. This particular night will feature a Led Zeppelin tribute.

Reggae Nights Concert Series: Da’ Gullah Rootz

This is the kickoff event for the summer concert series. Enjoy a night under the stars featuring old school reggae with a new school attitude.

Special Needs Swim Night

Sponsored by the AccessABILITY Program of the Charleston County Park & Rec Department, Special Needs swim night will take place at Whirlin’ Waters Adventure Park at Wannamaker Park in North Charleston after the park closes to the general public.

2nd Sunday on King Street

Charleston Sprint Triathlon Series

The five-race Charleston Sprint Triathlon Series at James Island County Park features a 600-yard freshwater swim, 12-mile bike ride, and 5K flat run. Over 30,000 people have raced the series over the years, and the series has been honored as one of the Top Ten Charleston Signature Sport Events by the Charleston Metro Sports Council.

RiverDogs Home Game (Father’s Day Brunch)

That Summer Book Sale

The Charleston Friends of the Library will host “That Summer Book Sale” at the Charleston County Main Library branch on Calhoun Street. During the sale, attendees will have more than 20,000 books, DVDs, and CDs, to choose from. Prices start at $1 for paperbacks and $3 for hardback books and children’s books start at just $0.50. All proceeds raised at the book sale go directly to the Charleston County Public Library System.

Opportunities for Women Entrepreneurs
