We are so excited to announce our first ever photo contest!
At Charleston Moms Blog we’re about more than just encouraging and supporting moms…we want to encourage and support the dads in our community as well! Father’s Day is days away and we’ve teamed up with some fantastic local businesses to give away a HUGE Father’s Day prize pack to one lucky Charleston dad!
The bond between dads and their kids is a special one and what better way to capture that bond than through photos. We’re looking for your favorite DAD photo…this could be a picture of you or your kiddos with your own dad (or granddad), your brother, your cousin, your friend, your spouse, or any other father figure.
Read below for the official rules and how to enter!
Official contest entry pictures must be mailed to info (at) charlestonmomsblog (dot) com to be officially entered. This policy is to make sure that those of you with private social media accounts or those of you without them are able to play.
How to Enter:
- Email your favorite dad photo to info {at} charlestonmomsblog {dot} com by Midnight on Wednesday, June 15. Contest entry pictures MUST be emailed in order for them to be officially entered in.
- All of the pictures received will be posted in an album on our Facebook page by noon on Thursday (June 16). The picture that receives the most ‘likes’ {in our official entry album} by the following Sunday, June 19 at Midnight will win an AMAZING prize package for one lucky dad!{See more details above.}
- The winner will be announced on Monday Morning, June 20!
Official Rules:
- Pictures should be family friendly. CMB reserves the right to use discretion in which pictures are posted.
- Only submit pictures to which you have the legal rights. {Basically speaking – they are of your children, and it’s your photograph. If it’s a professional picture, please credit the photographer in a comment and disclose that you have the rights to post.} By sending the picture to Charleston Moms Blog, you are agreeing to having the image posted on social media.
- Each reader may submit only ONE official entry.
- Pictures must be EMAILED to info {at} charlestonmomsblog {dot} com, not just tagged on Instagram or posted on Facebook. CMB will not accept pictures submitted any other way as official contest entries.
- Pictures must be ‘liked’ IN THE ALBUM on our Facebook page, not on a picture that is shared. So please be sure that you are clear with your friends and family when asking them to vote. {Only album image ‘likes’ will be counted}.
