My Sister’s House is a nonprofit organization founded in 1980 that provides services, programs and resources to empower domestic violence victims and their children to live free from abuse. The organization operates an emergency temporary shelter at an undisclosed location for up to 36 women and children who flee abusive situations in Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester counties in South Carolina.
Please join us in supporting My Sister’s House by donating items from their list of shelter needs. Guests will receive 5 additional giveaway tickets for each item they donate. Check out the list of urgent and ongoing shelter needs HERE.
We hope to see you on February 1st at Sky Zone!
Please note: There are no refunds, no exchanges, and no rain checks. Rain or shine, this event goes on! All attendees must be 21 years of age and identification can be asked for at the door. In the event you cannot attend the event, we’ll do our best to assist you in finding another mom to exchange/give/sell your ticket to if the need arises (and if time allows).
Additionally, everyone that purchases a ticket will be subscribed to our email list in order to provide the most timely and up-to-date info. Photos will be taken at the event and of attendees for use on the blog and on social media by Charleston Moms Blog and sponsors.
