Pelvic Health is a topic that is important for women of all ages and stages of life. It’s especially important for women who have been pregnant or hope to become pregnant someday.

We recently did a Facebook Live Q&A session with Roper St. Francis Physical Therapist, Trina Kiernan. Trina recently became the first person in South Carolina to receive a Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Physical Therapy (CAPP) from the American Physical Therapy Association. We are lucky enough to have her right here in Charleston.

Check out the video below to learn why good pelvic health is important, how your pelvic floor changes during and after pregnancy, and what you can do to ensure good pelvic health.

Trina can be reached at 843-606-7606.
