Ali is a functional nutritional therapy practitioner, a nursing student, and a mom of two teenagers, 1 dog, 12 chickens, and 1 guinea fowl. She grew up as an Army kiddo but spent most of her childhood in Texas. In her adulthood, she has lived in California, Oregon, Texas, and South Carolina. She has been happily married to her hubby, a firefighter/paramedic since 2008. Ali's philosophy in life is to listen to your gut and quiet the media noise.
