Good-Bye Pull-Ups! Hello Pooping Doll?!

1

My youngest daughter, now four, has been potty trained for almost two years (that is during the day) – but she has struggled for the past two years to transition into pull-ups and graduate into underwear at night. We have tried every trick, tip, and hoax and finally settled on the idea that she will be ready when she is ready.

After buying yet another jumbo size box of pull-ups, she decided she was ready. And after two weeks of waking up with dry pull-ups and then one week of dry underwear, I promised her a reward from the toy aisle at our favorite store!

We browsed every aisle of toys until she descended on the coveted Lalaloopsy Babies Potty Surprise Doll, Jewel. We took precious baby Jewel home, and both of my girls were delighted at her arrival. They couldn’t wait to see her skills. See, sweet Jewel possesses the ability to “eat food” and through a twist of her bellybutton poop buttons and flowers – just like us humans do (wink wink).

Little did I know that I was trading pull-ups for what turned out to be a constipated doll (doll did not dysfunction; rather constipation was a result of overfeeding). And this doll is even messier than the human.

For Sale: Lalaloopsy Pooping Doll (EUCC – Excellent used but constipated condition.)

Price: Best offer.

Please note, food is not included as its been ground into my couch and carpet.

Also, for sale: 2 large packs of pull-ups size 4T.

Best of luck to all the mommas potty-training out there!
