Kickoff the holiday season in Goose Creek while we light the light displays around the lake at 6 pm. Enjoy holiday musical entertainment from local groups, visits with Santa, crafts, cookie decorating, marshmallow roasting, & a hayride to see the light displays. Admission and parking is free.

Start your holiday season with the lighting of the Christmas tree in the center of Colonial Lake. Join the Charleston Parks Conservancy for a tree lighting celebration at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1. Food trucks will be on site serving snacks and hot beverages along with a DJ playing everyone’s favorite holiday music.

This year’s event will be held in the evening, allowing for participants to light up Moncks Corner with their creativity and holiday cheer! Not to mention, featuring the SC State Marching Band! After the parade ends, make your way to the Market Pavilion to see the lighting of the new Town Christmas Tree..and a visit from a very special guest, Santa!

Join the cast of holiday characters, including of course, Santa Claus himself in lighting the magnificent 60-foot Holiday Tree of Lights, the official City of Charleston Christmas tree in Marion Square.

This holiday tradition is better than ever as bands, floats, marchers and performers parade through downtown Charleston. Parade goes on Broad Street, King Street, Calhoun Street, and disperses on Calhoun between King and Meeting Street.

The Annual Christmas Tree Lighting sponsored by the Flowertown Garden Club and Summerville DREAM will be held on Tuesday December 5th, with festivities beginning at 6:15 pm in front of Summerville Town Hall! Dignitaries and special guest performers will be on hand to delight and entertain with traditional Christmas music.

Join in on this holiday tradition as a display of lighted and festive boats proceeds through the Charleston Harbor. View the parade along Charleston’s waterfront or decorate your own boat to join the parade.

Begins at Second Street and West Ashley Avenue
Little ones will love having candy and other prizes handed to them from floats as they pass by, and everyone will enjoy watching the colorful displays celebrating this most wonderful time of the year. Immediately following the parade, head over the Folly River Park to do a little holiday shopping at the Arts & Crafts Show.

The mission of the Summerville Christmas Parade is to promote positivity throughout the Town of Summerville while capturing the spirit of the Christmas holiday for all to enjoy.

More than 100 floats will march down Coleman Boulevard as the Mount Pleasant Christmas Light Parade sets sail to the delight of thousands of residents and visitors. The tree lighting and fireworks display begins at 5:30 pm.
